How can I get a quote?

To get a quote you can simply fill in an online form on our website and we will send you a quote. If your order is urgent (same day) or you would like to discuss options with a member of staff, you can call us on 0151 708 0294.

Do you charge a deposit to secure an order?

For larger orders we require a deposit of £50.00 to secure a booking, with full payment due prior to delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay via the quick and easy STRIPE payment portal on our website. Alternatively, you can use a credit or debit card to pay over the phone. We do not take American Express.

Can I hire furniture for just one day?

Absolutely – However if your event is at the weekend, it is likely we will deliver on the Friday and collect Monday. This will be arranged upon placing your order.

Can I hire furniture long-term?

Yes - whether you want to hire furniture for one day or six months, we can assist you. Fill in an online quote form and we will come back to you with a cost.

Am I liable for any damage caused during my hire?

We understand accidents happen, however you will be liable for any damage to furniture caused due to negligence, and will be charged replacement value. For replacement values please contact our office.

Do you have a showroom to view furniture?

We are based in a Warehouse, but are more than happy for you to come and view our furniture. Just give us a call to arrange a visit.

Delivery

Do you deliver and collect outside of normal working hours?

We try to avoid weekends and after hours when possible. Weekend deliveries/collections may incur additional fees and there may be surcharges for deliveries outside of working hours. We are always flexible with dates and times so if there are any issues, please don’t hesitate to call us on 0151 708 0294.

Can I collect the furniture from your warehouse?

Yes, you are more than welcome to collect from our warehouse, it is free of charge. Our warehouse collection/return hours are Monday-Friday 7am-2pm.

I need to change my order, what do I do?

Furniture

Can your furniture be used outside?

We do have furniture for outdoor specific use – please check our outdoor living section. Our wooden bentwood and Chiavari must be used on hard flooring (not grass) and must be stored inside overnight or in the case of rain. Charges will apply for any furniture damaged as a result of being left out in bad weather. Ice Chiavari chairs can be used on grass.

I want to hire an item which isn't shown on your website.

Most of the items we hire are shown on our website. If, however, you are looking for something specific, please contact our team and we will do our best to help you.

I need to know the dimensions of a product.

If you cannot see the dimensions of a product on the website, please feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to provide them.

Will the tables fit in the space I am using?

We understand people hire furniture for various spaces such as a venue, marquee or even your living room! We are happy to assist with anything if you can provide us the measurements of the space you’ll be using.

How many people do your tables seat?

Recommended seating can be found in the info section for all tables.
